摘  要:290日龄淮南麻黄鸡种鸡528只(母鸡480只,公鸡48只),随机分成4组(每组4个重复),分别饲喂添加0.0%(对照组)、0.5%、1.5%、2.5%红茶末4种种鸡日粮,试验持续50d。结果显示:红茶末有提高母鸡血清超氧化物歧化酶的活力(P<0.05或P<0.01)的作用,适量的红茶末可以改善种鸡产蛋后期生产繁殖性能,提高蛋黄色泽和卵磷脂含量;添加量过大,对蛋壳质量有负面影响。Five hundred and twenty-eight Huainan spotted-yellow chickens including 480 female and 48 male (290 days age)were randomly allotted into 4 treatments with four replications and were used in a 50-day performance trail with 4 diets:Control group with zero percent black tea powder in feed,three trail groups with 0.5 percent,l.5 percent and 2.5 percent black tea powder supplemented in control diet,respectively. The results showed that black tea powder seould increase the activity of serum superoxide dismutase (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Suitable concentration of black tea powder in the feed could improve the production and reproductive performances in late laying period,and increase yolk color and concentration of yolk phospholipid. The diets with excessive black tea powder had negative impact on egg shell quality of Huainan spotted-yellow chicken.
