摘　　要：介绍尼洋河流域左岸支流——巴河的水电开发,重点分析水电工程的兴建对巴河陆生生物、水生生物、景观生态等的影响。提出合理开发水电工程和保护生态环境的几点防治措施:规划和处理好水电开发与生态环境的影响关系;施工期尽量减少干扰,严格按照各类法规进行;竣工期注重植被恢复,完善各类景观恢复措施;运行期注意调节径流,保证河流最小生态水量。The hydropower development situation of the Babe River, a branch of the Niyang River, is introduced. Different aspects of the hydropewer development impact on terrestrial creatures, aquatic organisms, and the landscape ecology of the Babe River, which affects the ecosystem of the Niyang River directly, were analyzed. Several measures for rational development of hydropower and protection of the eco-environment were put forward： appropriate planning and management of the relationship between hydro-power development and protection of the eco-environment; reduction of the interference to the eco-environment during the construction stage; compliance with regulations and rules; attention to vegetation restoration and landscape recovery after construction; and runoff regulations in operating periods that ensure the minimum ecological water volume in the river.
