摘  要:我国高速铁路客运专线建设中,中小跨度桥梁主要采用32m双线整孔简支箱梁,其预制质量关系到工程质量,是高速铁路施工的控制重点。中交第三航务工程局哈大铁路客运专线工程经理部负责承担哈大铁路客运专线TJ-3标段第三施工区段伊通河特大桥的施工任务,里程为DK702+637.64~DK750+937.64,正线全长48.3km,其中有1289孔预应力混凝土简支箱梁。根据高速铁路建设和施工规范的要求,通过对双线整孔简支箱梁预制工艺的研究和工序的分解,从总体施工方案、模板施工工艺、钢筋制作安装工艺、混凝土施工工艺、预应力施工工艺等方面进行了详细的阐述,并提出各个施工环节的具体要点和注意事项。During the construction of high-speed railway passenger dedicated line between Harbin and Dalian, double track box girders are widely used for small span bridges, and the quality control is very important. The longest Yi Tong River Bridge is constructed by the Third Harbor Engineering Company Ltd, its total length is 48.3 km starting from DK702 + 637.63 to DK750 + 937.64,1289 double track box girders are implemented. Based on the construction requirement of high-speed railway, some problems are dealt with during the whole construction project, like the mould process,concrete iron process,concrete process and the prestressed concrete process. This paper makes a research for the construction process of double track box girders, and submit the specific key points on every link in the production chain.
