摘　　要：目的考察影响女性失业者心理健康的因素和作用机制。方法采用问卷法对416名唐山市50岁以下的失业女职工进行测量。结果1失业时间长短对不同的应对方式均无显著预测作用,但对心理健康有直接影响;2目前是否已再就业对心理健康无显著预测作用,也不能通过不同的应对方式间接影响心理健康;3社会支持、成熟型应对方式可以显著预测心理健康,而不成熟型和合理化的应对方式对心理健康无显著预测;4不同应对方式在社会支持和心理健康之间起部分中介作用。结论失业时间越长,心理健康状况越好;社会支持越高,成熟型应对方式使用越多,心理健康水平越高;不同应对方式在社会支持和心理健康之间起着重要的中介作用,社会支持越高,越有利于增加成熟型应对方式的使用,减少不成熟型和合理化应对方式的使用,从而更好地保护心理健康,免受应急伤害。Objective To study the factors and mechanism influencing the psychological health of unemployed women. Method A total of 416 unemployed women under 50 years old from Tangshan, Hebei province were measured by questionnaires. Results The results of multiple regression analysis showed： （1）Unemployed time could not predict different copings, but could predict psychological health. （2）Whether they were employed or unemployed could not significantly predict psychological health. （3）Social support and mature coping could significantly predict psychological health, and immature coping and rationalization coping could not. （4）Different copings were mediator between social support and psychological health. Conclusions （1）The psychological health got better with the time being went after unemployment. （2）The unemployed women with much more social support and mature coping had better psychological health. （3）Different copings played important mediation role between social support and psychological health,more social support improved the use of mature coping and reduced the use of immature coping and rationalization coping, which kept the psychological health from been damaged by stressors.
