摘　　要：《管子》的政治伦理思想是该书的核心内容,其内在特征表现在多个方面:其一,"国家至上"的政治伦理价值原则;其二,"朴素辨证"的政治伦理思维方式;其三,"予之为取"的政治伦理的实践方略;其四,"和谐无为"的政治伦理发展目标。The political ethics thoughts in Guanzi is the core of the book,its inherent characteristics manifested in many aspects： First,＂ national first＂ political ethics values and principles; second,＂ simple dialectical＂ way of political ethics thoughts ; the Third,＂ giving is for taking＂ ,the practice strategy of political ethics; the Fourth,＂ harmony and Wuwei＂ , development goals of political ethics.
