摘  要:介绍了电子天平的称量原理,设计了一款高精度电子天平。该设计利用24位A/D转换器CS5532实现称重数据采集,采用具有噪声过滤的光电检测模块和具有相位补偿功能的PID模块构建质量称量闭环调节电路。在称重数据处理中,应用均值移动滤波、漂移补偿和线性化处理技术,并设计基于虚拟仪器技术的上位机管理系统,提高了电子天平的稳定性、准确度、可操作性。实验表明:该电子天平易于操作,测量结果准确可靠,精度达到0.1 mg,线性度≤0.3 mg.The measurement principle of electronic balance was introduced, and a high precision electronic balance was designed. The weight data acquisition was implemened by using 24 bit A/D converter CS5532, a closed-loop regulation circuit for measurement composed of photoelectric detection circuit with noise filtering and PID module with phase compensation was adopted. The moving average filtering, drift compensation and linearization technologies were applied in weight data processing and the host computer management system was designed based on virtual instrument, which could improve the stability, accuracy and operability of the electronic balance. The electronic balance has been proved to be accurate and reliable and easy to operate with accuracy of 0. 1 mg and linearity ≤0. 3 mg.
