健脾疏肝消滞散对功能性消化不良患者临床疗效和胃电图的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾疏肝消滞散对功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)患者的临床疗效、胃电活动的影响。方法:将80例FD患者随机分成两组,治疗组予中药健脾疏肝消滞散,对照组予吗丁啉,均治疗4周,比较治疗前后主要症状积分和空腹胃电图变化。结果:两组治疗前后症状均明显改善,在缓解早饱、痞满、嗳气、腹胀、便秘方面两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组餐后正常慢波治疗后有显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:健脾疏肝消滞散能明显改善FD患者的症状,其可能的机制是调节胃电节律和功率,增加胃动力。Objective：To study the clinical effect of Jianpi Shugan Xiaozhi san（JPSGXZS） in treating patients with functional dyspepsia（FD） and its effects on.Methods：eighty patients with FD were randomLy assigned to two groups.40 the treated group and 40 in the control group,who were treated respectively with Jianpi Shugan Xiaozhi san and motilium for 4 weeks,to observe the clinical effect and changes in electrogastrogram （EGG）before and after treatment.Results：Symptoms were alleviated in both groups after treatment ,The declined value of scores of early satiety etching,fullness,in JPSGXZS group was greater than that in motilium group （P0.05）,the normal slowwave after centage was increased markedly after treatment in JPSGXZS groups（P0.05）. Conclusion：Jianpi Shugan Xiaozhi san is quite effective for functional dyspepsia of spleen-deficieny and possibly by regulating rhythm and frenquency,increased gastric dynamic.
