新生儿泪囊炎治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨新生儿泪囊炎综合疗法的效果及不同时期的最佳治疗方法。方法:新生儿泪囊炎患者205例241眼,按月龄分为两组,A组82眼(3个月),B组159眼(>3个月)。两组均采用泪囊挤压按摩治疗2周,无效者再行泪道冲洗每周3次,分析两组的治愈率。A、B组未治愈的患儿(169眼)为C组,行泪道探通术,分析C组的治愈率。结果:综合疗法总治愈率为98.8%。A组与B组治愈率分别为51.2%和18.9%,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01);C组的治愈率为98.2%。结论:综合疗法是新生儿泪囊炎一种安全、实用、有效的治疗方法。月龄小于3个月可试行泪囊挤压按摩及泪道冲洗;月龄大于3个月建议直接行泪道探通术。Objective To study the effect of combination therapy in treating neonatal dacryoeystitis and the best treatment methods in the different periods. Method Total 205 patients （241 eyes） with neonatal dacryocystitis were divided into two groups by month, group A （82 eyes,3 months） and group B （ 159 eyes, 〉 3 months）. The both groups were treated by massaging and squeezing the lacrimal sac for two weeks ,and the invalid ones received syphilis of lacrimal passages （3 times/week）. The cure rate of the two groups was analysed. The patients who weren＇t cured in groups A or B were as group C （169 eyes）, received lacrimal passage probing, and the cure rate of group C was analysed. Results The overall cure rate of combination therapy was 98.8%. The cure rates of group A and group B were 51.2% and 18.9% , respectively, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The cure rate of group C was 98.2%. Conclusion The combi- nation therapy is a safe, practical and effective method in the treatment of neonatal daeryocystitis. The patients less than 3 months can be treated with squeezing and massaging dacryocyst and syphilis of lacrimal passages, and those older than 3 months should receive lacrimal passage probing.
