摘　　要：[目的]建立毛细管柱气相色谱法测定罗非鱼中9种有机磷农药残留量的方法。[方法]样品粉碎后经溶剂提取、固相萃取分离净化和浓缩后,进入GC/FPD分析,外标法定量。[结果]方法在0.5～3.0μg/ml浓度范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.998),平均回收率为65.0%～94.0%,RSD为2.23%～3.90%;方法最低检出浓度为0.01～0.05 mg/kg。[结论]该方法操作简便快速,灵敏度高,符合实际应用需要。[Objective] To establish a method for the determination of 9 organophosphorus pesticide residues by gas chromatography in tilapia. [Methods]Crushed samples were extracted from solvent,isolated and purified with SPE, concentrated and analyzed by GC/FPD, quantified by external standard method. [Results] Linear range for the determination of sodium cyclamate was 0.50-3.0 μg/ml,their correlation coefficient was 0. 998, The recovery was 65.0 %-94.0% and the RSD was 2.23%-3.90%. The limit of detection was 0.01-0. 05 mg/kg. [Conclusion]The method is simple, sensitive and suitable for the analysis of pesticide residues.
