摘　　要：目的探讨高能聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗胃肠道肿瘤腹膜后淋巴结转移癌的疗效及安全性。方法应用HIFUNIT9000型肿瘤超声治疗机,对67例胃肠道肿瘤腹膜后淋巴结转移癌患者进行治疗。结果完全缓解率为8.95%(6/67),部分缓解率为28.35%(19/67),有效率为37.31%。所有病例均未出现胰液外漏、腹腔内出血、皮肤烧伤等并发症。结论HIFU是治疗腹膜后淋巴结转移癌的1种安全有效的局部治疗方法。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of high intensity focused ultrasound（HIFU） for the treatment of patients with retroperitoneal lymph nodes metastasis of gastrointestinal cancer. Methods 67 patients with retroperitoneal lymph nodes metastasis of gastrointestinal cancer were treated by HIFU （type HIFUNIT9000） . Results The overall response rate was 37.31% , including 8.95% （ 6/67 ） complete response （ CR ） and 28.35% （ 19/67 ） partial response. There were no complications related to the treatment. Conclusion HIFU is an effective and safe treatment fi）r the patients with retroperitoneal lymph nodes metastasis.
