摘　　要：随着科学技术和检测仪器的发展,多种快速、灵敏、可视化的检测仪器已被广泛运用到对油料和油脂的检测过程中。综述了快速、简便、灵敏、准确的检测技术,主观检测指标客观化的检测技术,油脂品质多指标同时测定技术在国内外油料、油脂检测中应用的最新进展。With the development of scientific technology and detective instruments, a variety of rapid, sensitive visual detection instrument has been widely applied to the detection technology of oilseeds and grease. The latest progress of detection technology on oilseeds were introduced, including that the fast and simple sensitive and accurate detection techniques, a kind of technique of subjective detective oilseeds items were commonly objectived, besides, muhi-index detective technology of oil quality simuhaneously.
