寒凝血瘀证小鼠动物模型的建立及评价

摘　　要：目的:探索寒凝血瘀证动物模型的制作方法。方法:将BALB/C雌性小鼠随机分为2组,即空白对照组、寒凝血瘀组,采用肾上腺素皮下注射加冰浴法进行造模,对造模前后小鼠进行症状和体征的评价,测定耳温及血液流变学变化等。结果:模型组小鼠出现寒战、蜷缩少动、爪尾部紫癜等症状,耳温下降,全血黏度增高,与空白对照组比较有显著性差异。结论:该方法建立的寒凝血瘀证小鼠模型符合中医证侯特点,具有一定的理论和实践意义。Objective: To approach the modelling method of blood stasis due to cold syndrome.Methods: BALB/C female mice were divided into two groups, control and model groups, methods of adrenalin hypodermic injection and ice-bath were adopted, evaluating the symptoms and signs, recording ear’s temperature and blood rheology changes.Results: Mice in model group manifested shiver,rolling up and low activity, perpura of claws and tails, etc. the ear’s temperature lowered and blood viscosity increased, there was significant difference between model and control groups.Conclusion: The method was accord with the syndrome characteristics of blood stasis due to cold in Chinese medicine.
