摘　　要：竣工结算审核是合理确定工程造价的必要程序和手段,在竣工结算阶段具有重要意义。通过对工程量清单计价模式下的竣工结算审核进行了比较系统的研究,分析了其在竣工结算过程中所存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。Completion settlement verification is an essential procedure and method for confirming engineering cost reasonably. It has an important meaning in completion settlement stage. This paper studies the completion settlement verification systematically based on the bill - of - quantity model, and analyzes problems and mistakes which does exist in completion settlement stage. Finally, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to against the problems above.
