摘　　要：某啤酒生产企业根据啤酒生产废水有机物浓度较高，可生化性好的特点，选择了“UASB反应器＋生物接触氧化工艺”二级处理工艺。UASB厌氧处理工艺去除了大部分有机物，减轻了后续好氧处理工艺的处理压力，达到较好的处理效果。运行结果表明，经该工艺处理后，废水中的COD、BOD5等指标均能达标排放，有利于企业的可持续发展。A beer manufactuer selects ＂UASB rector and bio-contact oxidation＂ according to the qualities of brewery wastewater, like higher organic concentration and better biodegradability. Anaerobic treatment of UASB removes most organics and reduce the pressure of aerobic treatment, and then attains better effects. The results reveal that COD, BOD and other indexes in wastewater can meet the discharge standards after the treatment. And it is conducive to sustainable development of enterprise.
