碘仿氢氧化钙用于根尖诱导成形术临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察碘仿氢氧化钙用于根尖诱导成形术临床观察。方法随机选择58例69颗因外伤,畸形或龋坏影响根尖发育,用碘仿氢氧化钙进行根尖诱导成形术,经3个月至3年观察。结果成功24颗,进步39颗,失败6颗,总有效率91.3%。结论注射型碘仿氢氧化钙用于根尖诱导成型术临床效果满意。Objective To observe the clinical effects of the injection model Calcium Hydroxide paste with iodoform on the apexification. Method Choosing 58 samples （69 teeth） randomly, whose root point de- velopment was effected by Traumatic, deformity or dental caries. Using the injection model Calcium Hydroxide paste to perform apexification. Result Observed following 3 months to 3 years, the successful teeth were 28, the advance teeth were 39 and the failure teeth were 6, so the totally efficiency ratio was 91.3%. Conclusion We can get the satisfaction clinical effects when we use the injection model Calcium Hydroxide paste with iodo- form on the apexification.
