马来酸依那普利联合VAD方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤对肾脏损害的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察马来酸依那普利联合VAD方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤患者对尿蛋白下降的影响。方法30例骨髓瘤患者随机分为两组,每组各15例,一组为常规化疗组,采用MP、CVP、CP方案化疗,另一组采用口服马来酸依那普利联合VAD方案化疗(联合方案组),比较两组患者用药前后尿蛋白定量改变情况,两组治疗后观察时间均为6个疗程。结果马来酸依那普利联合VAD方案治疗后尿蛋白、尿隐血明显下降或转阴,常规化疗组上述指标变化不大。结论马来酸依那普利联合VAD方案化疗可以让骨髓瘤患者尿蛋白明显下降,肾脏损害明显减轻,具有临床应用价值。Objective To observe the effect of enalapril maleate and VAD regimen on the urine protein excretion in the patients with multiple myeloma. Methods 30 patients with multiple myeloma were divided into two groups, regular chemotherapy group（n= 15） with MP,CVP,CP regimen and combined regimen group（n= 15） with enalapril maleate and VAD regimen. After 6 courses of treatment, the changes of urine protein excretion of two groups were compared. Result The urine protein excretion and occult blood decreased obviously or disappeared in combined regimen group while no obvi- ous change was observed in regular chemotherapy group. Conclusion Enalapril maleate and VAD regimen can decrease the urine protein excretion in the patients with multiple myeloma and alleviate the renal damage.
