摘 要:目的:研究EEG复杂度、近似熵与麻醉深度的关系,筛选既能充分表达麻醉深度、计算方法又相对比较简单的参数。方法:自制虚拟仪器信号采集系统:EEG放大器采用北京祥云公司的体表EEG模块,其放大倍数为1万倍,带宽为0.25~70Hz;MSP430单片机负责AD转换并通过RS232接口将数据传送至上位机;上位机控制软件在LabView6.0平台上开发,将数据初步处理后存贮。动物实验:10只大耳白兔,麻醉剂使用3%戊巴比妥钠,按每公斤体重0.5ml、0.25ml、0.25ml、0.25ml的剂量分4次于耳缘静脉注射,间隔为20min,麻醉前和每次注射麻醉剂5min后记录2minEEG;之后,在苏醒过程中,每隔10min记录一次,共3次。数据后期处理用Matlab实现。结果:复杂度和近似熵与麻药剂量关系的一致性较好。结论:复杂度算法简单,特别适合用于嵌入式麻醉深度监测系统。Objective To study the relation between complexity, ApEn of EEG and anesthesia depth, and to select a parameter which can adequately express anesthesia depth with simpler algorithm. Methods The signal collecting system based on virtual instrument was developed. The body surface EEG module from Beijing Xiangyun Inc was adopted as the EEG amplifier, whose amplification was 10 000 and bandwidth was 0.25-70 Hz. MSP430 mcu completed A/D eonvertion and transferred data to the upper computer through RS232 interface. The software of the upper computer was developed through Labview6.0, which stored the data after preprocessing. In the animal experiment, 10 rabbits were selected as the subjects, and 3% pentobarbital sodium as the the anesthetic with the dosages of 0.5ml/kg, 0.25ml/kg, 0.25ml/kg, 0.25 ml/ kg as well as the injection interval of 20 minutes. EEG data were recorded for 2 minutes before anesthesia and 5 minutes after each injection, and recorded three times with the interval of 10 minutes after the last injection. Postprocession of data was implemented by Matlab. Results The consistency between complexity, ApEn of EEG and anesthetic dosage was rather good. Conclusion Complexity of EEG, with a simpler algorithm, is especially fit for embedded anesthesia depth monitoring system.
