摘　　要：【目的】本文旨在确定中文版Peabody运动发育量表(Peabody Developmental Motor Scale PDMS-2)在婴幼儿中的信度和效度,为PDMS评估在国内高危儿随访和早期康复领域中的应用提供客观依据。【方法】研究对象为康复中心就诊并接受PDMS评估的100例儿童。研究对象中随机选取15～31例检测重测信度(间隔4～7d),研究对象中随机选取15～32例检测评分者间信度。59例接受PDMS测试的对象同时接受贝莉婴儿发育量表(BSID-Ⅱ)测试,分析BSID-Ⅱ的智力量表原始分和运动量表的原始分与PDMS各项原始分之间的相关性来确定两者之间的平行效度。【结果】PDMS的各项原始分均具有良好的重测信度和评分者间信度(ICC值均>0.90),PDMS各项原始分与BSID-Ⅱ测试的各项原始分之间具有良好的平行效度(Pearson相关系数为0.66～0.91)。【结论】本次研究确立了中文版PDMS的信度和效度,从而为在国内高危儿随访和早期康复领域内使用PDMS评价系统奠定了良好的基础。[Objective] To investigate the reliability and validity of Chinese version of Peabody Developmental Motor Seale（PDMS-2） in infants and toddlers, which will help providin basis for the application of this assessment in the field of high risk infants follow-up and early rehabilitation. [Methods] 100 children were recruited as participants who had been assessed by PDMS, 15-31 of which were recruited for the test-retest reliability, with a interval of 4-7 days and 15-32 of which were selected for interscorer reliability. Parallel validity was analyzed by calculating the correlations between different raw scores of PDMS and Baytey Scales of Infant Development（BSID- Ⅱ） of 59 children. [Results] Different raw scores of PDMS possess excellent test-retest and interscorer reliabilities（ICC〉 0. 90）. Good parallel validity（Pearson r= 0. 66 0.91） was found between different raw scores of PDMS and BSID. [Conclusion] Reliability and validity of Chinese version of PDMS-2 was determined in this study, which would lay important basis for the application of PDMS-2 in the field of high risk infants follow-up and early rehabilitation.
