摘　　要：通过对医学专升本毕业生就业难的社会因素和个人因素的分析,指出大学生进行职业生涯规划的现实意义,并在如何教育和引导专升本医学生正确对待职业生涯规划方面进行积极探讨,有助于学生更加清楚地认识自我,树立正确的择业、就业与创业观。This thesis aims to find out the practical significance of college students＇ career planning by analyzing the social and personal factors when they are seeking jobs. It will also discuss in depth how to teach and lead them to treat with a proper attitude in knowing themselves better and owning correct oudook about choosing jobs, undertaking jobs as well as starting their own business.
