摘　　要：文章旨在结合本人在留学期间的研究实践经验与回国后的管理咨询顾问经历和实际的企业ERP系统上线案例的分析,来研究ERP这一随着计算机技术和网络技术的发展而不断扩充和成长的企业管理工具在我国本土企业实际上线情况,以及过程中存在的种种问题。从一个侧面为我国部分企业在ERP上线过程中问题不断、困难重重的局面指明方向并加以借鉴。This paper aims to combine the study during the period I study with practical experience of management consultants after returning to the real business experience and ERP system, on-line case analysis, to study the ERP that as computer technology and network technology, the development of continuous expansion and growth of business management tools for enterprises are actually on-line in China＇s domestic situation and the problems existing in the process. From one side to some of China＇s enterprises in the process of ERP on-line issues continue to, a very difficult situation and make reference direction.
