摘　　要：随着组织外部环境和内部条件的多变性发展以及不确定性的提高,项目管理得到了广泛的应用并引起了大量的研究,但对项目管理的实施主体的组织形式研究缺乏,文章以项目团队的组织结构为研究对象,在项目目标性、独特性、约束性等特点下对其设计原则、影响因素进行分析,并对常见的四类结构类型进行比较,为项目团队组织结构选择提供一般性建议。With the external environment and internal organizational conditions, the variability of development and improvement of uncertainty, project management has been widely used and cause a lot of research, but the implementation of project management study of the lack of the main forms of organization, this paper the organizational structure of the project team as the research object in the project targeted, unique, binding characteristics of its design principles under the influence factors were analyzed, and four types of structure of the common types of comparison, the organizational structure of choice for the project team to provide general recommendations.
