摘　　要：在实Banach空间中,对不具有任何紧性,连续性和凹凸性的非线性算子不动点的存在性加以研究,得到了几个新的结果,并将所得部分结果应用于Hammerstein非线性积分方程。Without any compactness or continuity or concavity （convexity） of the operators, the existence of the fixed points for the nonlinear operators In Banach spacess is obtained. Furthermore, one of the results is applied to a nolinear Hammerstein integral equation.
