摘　　要："前店后院"高职人才培养模式是一种有管理权限或能够施加足够影响力的工学结合的人才培养模式。本文分析了"前店后院"人才培养模式的内涵与核心内容,以扬州职业大学旅游管理专业为例,阐述了以自办旅行社和战略合作伙伴单位为"前店"、以校内实训基地和其他教学资源为"后院"的"前店后院"统一管理和协调使用新一代工学结合的旅行社人才培养模式。The ＂front shop and back yard＂ travel service -type of personnel -training mode in higher vocational colleges is the one of integrating theory with practice that has management authority or can exert sufficient influence. This paper analyses the connotation and core of ＂front shop and back yard＂ travel service - type of personnel - training mode. Meanwhile, taking the Specialty of Tourism Management in YZPC for an example, the paper gives a detailed explanation of travel service - type of new personnel - training mode of integrating industry and education, in which the college - owned travel agency and strategic partnership units play the role of ＂front shop＂ and the campus fieldwork base and other teaching resources act as the ＂back- yard＂, with unified management and coordinated action.
