版纳斗鸡特性的初步研究

摘　　要：对西双版纳斗鸡的体型外貌、生长性能、屠宰性能及肉质特性进行了分析测定.结果表明:西双版纳斗鸡体型高大,骨骼粗壮结实,胸肌发达,30日龄到60日龄之间的生长速度最快;产肉性能优良;肉质好,营养价值高,60日龄胸腿肌蛋白质含量分别为24.91%和22.71%,脂肪含量分别为0.84%和1.85%.同时表明,日龄、性别对产肉性能和肉质特性影响较小,而部位对肉质影响较大.Size appearance, the growth, meat quality characteristics, Slaughter performance of Banna Game were determined in the study. The result indicated that the growth of 30 -60 days period was quick, The meat performance was good and the per- centage of breast and leg ; The meat quality was good and the percentage of protein of breast and leg meat at 60 days old was 24.91% and 22.71% respectively,and fat was 0.84% -11.85% respectively, and age and sex had little effect on meat quality
