摘  要:为研究不同品种猪不同部位肌肉H-FABP基因表达差异,探讨莱芜猪肌内脂肪沉积的分子机理,本试验选择体重100 kg莱芜猪10头、杜洛克5头,采用荧光定量RT-PCR法测定H-FABP基因在莱芜猪和杜洛克猪背最长肌和半膜肌中的表达量。品种间背最长肌和半膜肌H-FABP基因mRMA的表达差异虽未达到显著水平,但莱芜猪背最长肌和半膜肌H-FABP基因的表达水平均高于杜洛克猪。莱芜猪和杜洛克猪背最长肌与半膜肌间H-FABP基因表达量差异显著(P<0.05)。莱芜猪和杜洛克猪H-FABP基因mRNA表达量与肌内脂肪含量显著相关。This experiment was conducted to study the differential expression of H-FABP gene in differential muscles between Laiwu pigs and Duroc,for making clear development of fat in Laiwu pigs. Ten Laiwu pigs and seven Duroe weighting approximately 100 kg were chosen for the experiment. Expression of H-FABP at mRNA in LM and semimembranous muscle of Laiwu pigs and Duroc were measured by real time fluorescence RT-PCR,IMF content were measured. The result indicated that : Compared with Duroe,H-FABP gene expression of longissimus muscle and semimembranous muscle in Laiwu pigs was appreciably increased(P 〉 0.05). H-FABP gene expression of LM was markably lower than semimembranous muscle in Laiwu FABP gene expression of LM and IMF content in Laiwu pigs pigs and Duroc ( P 〈 0.05 ). Correlation between H- Duroc was prominent.
