摘  要:研究了在(27.0±1)℃条件下,饲料中添加不同水平的低聚木糖(0.015%、0.030%、0.045%、0.060%)对初始体重为(6.29±0.94)g的奥尼罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus×O.aureus)幼鱼生长、饲料转化率、体成分和消化酶活性的影响。共设5个试验组,每组设3个重复,每个水族箱内随机放幼鱼12尾,投喂率为6%,自然光周期,循环过滤水系统饲养8周。结果显示:添加0.030%低聚木糖组的特定生长率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);0.030%和0.045%低聚木糖组的饲料转化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组之间差异不显著。奥尼罗非鱼幼鱼全鱼的水分、灰分、粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量在试验组间差异不显著(P>0.05);各组样本中的肝胰脏蛋白酶和肠蛋白酶活力均呈先上升后下降的趋势,0.030%组的最高,添加低聚木糖组与对照组之间差异显著(P<0.05);肠淀粉酶和脂肪酶活力在分别在0.030%与0.045%组最高,各组之间差异显著(P<0.05);肝胰脏淀粉酶和脂肪酶活力在各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。低聚木糖添加量(x)与特定生长率(y)之间存在关系:y=-256.34x2+16.716x+3.6479(R2=0.9266),低聚木糖添加量在0.033%左右时,可以提高幼鱼的消化酶活力和饲料转化率,从而较好促进奥尼罗非鱼幼鱼的生长,对鱼体的营养成分则没有影响。A 8-week feeding experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different levels of xylooligosaeeharides (XOS) supplement on growth,food conversion efficiency,body composition and digestive enzymatic activities in juvenile hybrid tilapia ( Oreochromisniloticus×O.arreus ) (average body weight was about 6. 29 ± 0. 94 g). The basal diet was applied as control,in which 0. 015% ,0. 030% ,0. 045% ,0. 060% of XOS were added as test diets ,respectively. Each test diet was applied for triplicate aquariums and 12 fish were stocked randomly in each aquarium. Feeding rate was 6%. The fish were reared in recirculating filtrated water system under natural photoperiod and weighed every week. The results showed that compared with controls significant higher ( P 〈 0. 05 ) specific growth rate was observed in the fish diets with 0. 030% of XOS,0. 030% and 0. 045% groups were significantly higher(P 〈 0. 05 ) in food conversion efficiency, while no significant difference between these two groups. No significant difference (P 〉 0. 05 ) of moisture, crude protein, crude lipid and ash in whole body were observed among the treatments. The activities of trypsin and intestinal protease showed an increasing andthen decreasing trend with the increment of XOS, which were the highest in 0. 030% group. The activities of intestinal lipase and amylase were the highest in 0. 030% and 0. 045% groups, respectively. However, significant differences were not observed among the test groups of trypsin lipase and amylase, respectively. The results suggested that the relation of XOS supplement(x) and specific growth rate(y) was y = -256. 34x2 + 16. 716x +3. 6479 (R2 =0. 9266). When XOS supplement was 0. 030%, it was digestive enzymatic activities and food conversion efficiency increased efficiently, thereby the growth of juvenile tilapia was promoted, no significant effect accured to on nutritional composition of whole fish body.
