摘　　要：医德档案是医务工作者实践活动的结晶,是医务人员日常工作的纪实。医德档案能够为医学伦理学研究与医德医风管理以及职业道德建设提供重要依据。建立、应用及维护医德档案,对于医德医风建设具有非常重要的意义。Document management of medical ethics evaluation includes medical staff＇s correlated information showed in medical practice. The information conveyed in the documents can be applied in many fields including medical ethics research, medical ethics management, and professional ethics construction, etc. The establishment, application and management of the document are of great importance for medical ethics construction.
