摘　　要：目的:探讨凋亡抑制蛋白(inhibitor of apoptosis protein,IAP)家族的新成员Livin及其两种异构体Livinα和Livinβ在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及其与NSCLC临床病理的关系。方法:采用逆转录多聚酶链式反应(RT-PCR)检测NSCLC组织中Livinα mRNA和LivinβmRNA的表达。结果:58例NSCLC组织中Livin mRNA表达阳性率为74.1%,而在癌旁组织低表达(5.1%,P<0.01)。Livin mRNA表达与患者年龄,病理分型、肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期均无明显相关关系。结论:Livin在非小细胞肺癌组织中特异性地高表达,可能与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,可能成为诊断和治疗的新靶点。Objective： To analyze the expression of two isoforms of Livin （ Livinα and Livinβ）, a novel inhibitor of apoptosis protein （IAP） family member,in non - small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） and relationship between Livin expression and NSCLC histological types. Methods： Livin mRNA expression levels in NSCLC tissues was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （ RT - PCR）. Results： Livin mRNA was expressed in 43 of 58 NSCLC cases （74.14%）. Livin mRNA expressed in low levels in para - cancerous tissue （5.17% ,P 〈0.05）. Livin expression had no significant relationship with clinical pathological characteristics of lung cancer patients. Conclusion ： Livin gene may play a role in NSCLC development and increased expression of Livin mRNA may serve as a new target for lung cancer diagnosis and treatment.
