摘 要:利用磁控溅射的方法对空心玻璃微球表面镀Al,研究了由镀Al空心玻璃微球/Ni-Zn铁氧体制成的复合材料在雷达波频段范围内的电磁特性,利用模型计算了所制备样品的微波反射率,并与实测反射率进行对比。结果表明,随着镀Al空心玻璃微球含量的增加,复合材料介电常数实部,虚部均增加,而磁导率的实部和虚部均减小;计算反射率数值与实测数值基本相吻合。由此可见,通过改变镀Al空心玻璃微球和Ni-Zn铁氧体的比例,可以调节电磁参数,提高材料的吸波性能。Magnetron sputtering was employed to sputter Al on hollow glass micro-ball. The electromagnetic characteristic of the composites consisting of Al-coated hollow glass micro-ball/Ni-Zn ferrite was studied in microwave frequency range. The microwave absorbing property (R) of composite was theoretically calculated and contrasted with the measured result. It was found that the μ′,μ″ ,R of the composites decreased with the increase of micro-ball content, as well as the ε′ and ε″ increased. The calculated R was consistent with the measured result. Thus through changing the ratio of Al-coated hollow glass micro-ball and Ni-Zn ferrite, the electromagnetic parameter of the composite could be adjusted and microwave absorbing property of the materials could be improved.
