低场MRI对女性盆腔良性肿瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨低场MRI对女性盆腔良性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法:22例经手术病理证实的女性盆腔良性肿瘤患者,均行低场MRI检查,并将MRI诊断结果与病理结果相比较,明确低场MRI在女性盆腔良性肿瘤的诊断价值。结果:22例女性盆腔良性肿瘤,巨大子宫肌瘤8例,卵泡膜细胞瘤4例,浆液性囊腺瘤6例,卵巢囊肿1例,卵巢畸胎瘤3例。MRI诊断结果与病理符合17例,符合率90.91%。结论:低场MRI对女性盆腔良性肿瘤诊断准确率较高,是女性盆腔良性肿瘤术前检查经济实用的影像学检查方法。Objective：To discuss the value of low intensity magnetie resonance imaging to female pelvie benign tumors. Methods： 22 patients with pelvic benign tumor confirmed by pathology were performed by low intensity magnetic resonance imaging and color ultrasonography, the results of MRI and US were compared with the pathology. Results：Of the 22 cases, 8 eases were large hysteromyoma, 4 eases were thecoma, 6 eases were serous eystadenoma, 1 ease was ovarian dropsy, 3 eases were teratoma of ovary. The coincidence of MRI and US with the pathology was 90.91% and 77.27% separately. Conclusion：The accuracy rate of MRI to female pelvic benign tumor was higher than the color US, it is an economic and practical imaging method to preoperative exam of the female pelvic benign tumor.
