摘　　要：目的了解江西省县级综合医院的卫生人力资源现状,为今后合理地配置县级综合医院人员提供科学依据。方法采用普查方法对2007年江西省11个地级市的90家县级综合医院卫生人力资源进行调查。结果江西省县级综合医院人力资源数量配置现状尚可,但专业结构分布不平衡,整体素质较低,继续教育工作各地相差较大。结论建议科学配置县级综合医院的人才队伍,合理引进高层次人才,加强培训工作。OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of health human resources of county general hospitals in Jiangxi and provide a scientific basis for reasonable allocation of human resources to general hospitals at county level in future. METHODS Census was used to investigate the health human resources of ninety county general hospitals in eleven prefecture-level cities of Jiangxi Province in 2007. RESULTS The number of health human resources of county general hospitals in the province is fair, but there is imbalance in the distribution of major structural and the overall quality is low. The continuing education proportion in each place has big differs. CONCLUSION It is suggested to dispose the person troop of county general hospitals scientifically, introduce high-level personnel reasonably and enhance the training job.
