摘  要:目的分析广州市海珠区2005—2008年食物中毒发生情况,寻找发生规律,为制订预防和控制食物中毒的有效措施提供科学依据。方法对海珠区2005—2008年食物中毒的发生时间、致病因素、中毒食品、中毒场所和中毒原因进行描述性分析。结果海珠区2005—2008年食物中毒高发于第2季度,致病因素主要是微生物,动物性食品是食物中毒的主要食物类型,集体食堂是食物中毒的高发单位,引起食物中毒的主要原因是原料污染或变质。结论海珠区食物中毒呈现逐年下降的趋势,但形势依然严峻,应针对海珠区食物中毒发生规律,制订相应的防控措施,确保2010年广州市亚运会的食品安全。OBJECTIVE Analysis of Guangzhou City Haizhu District from 2005 to 2008 cases of food poisoning. Search occurrence for the formulation of prevention and control of food poisoning and effective measures to provide a scientific basis. METHOD Descriptive analysis to Haizhu District from 2005 to 2008 cases of food poisoning by time of occurrence, pathogenicity factors, food poisoning, toxic places, cause of poisoning. RESULTS A high incidence of food poisoning in the second quarter. Pathogenic factors mainly are microbial. Animal foods are the main food types of food poisoning. Canteens are the high incidence of food poisoning. Food poisoning mainly caused by pollution or deterioration of raw materials. CONCLUSION Food poisoning trend a year-on-year downward. But the situation is still grim. Occurrence for Haizhu District food poisoning to formulation of corresponding measures for prevention and control. To ensure the 2010 Asian games in food safety in Guangzhou.
