摘  要:阐述了白酒企业建立技术标准体系的意义和技术标准体系的基本构成,以及企业技术标准体系的建立、评价、确认和改进方法;白酒企业建立以技术标准为主体的标准体系,将产品实现要素、过程等纳入到标准体系,使产品生产步入标准化管理轨道,同时与企业实施的质量管理体系、食品安全管理体系等其他体系相结合,互相补充、互为促进,以此提升产品质量,提高市场竞争力。The significance of establishing technical standards system tbr liquor-making enterprises, its basic components,and its establishment,evaluation, recognition, and improvement were elaborated in this paper. Technical standards were the mainstay of the system and product elements and production process were also subordinated to the system, which could realize standardization management of the production. Meanwhile, the practice of the system was complementary to the implementary quality management system and food safety management system in liquor-making enterprises. As a result, product quality was improved and enterprise competitiveness was strengthened.
