摘  要:通过流延法制备了一系列的淀粉基全生物降解膜。膜的物理性能研究表明,制备膜的最佳料液浓度为8%,膜的物理性能随着搅拌速度和搅拌时间的增加而增强;红外光谱表征和力学性能测试表明,随着干燥温度的升高,膜的结晶结构和拉伸强度增加,但是断裂伸长率显著下降。In the paper, several starch based full-biodegradable films were prepared by a solution casting method. The physical of this film were also studied. The results indicated that the optimum feed concentration was 8 %, With the increase of stirring speed and stirring time; the physical properties of the starch based full-biodegradable films was improved, From the FTIR analysis and physical properties test, with the increase of drying temperature,the crystal structure and tensile strength of the starch based full-biodegradable films were also increased, but the elongation at break was decreased seriously.
