摘 要:大功率电力电子器件的大量应用,使交流传动机车主变压器在谐波环境下运行。本文以ANSOFT软件为平台建立变压器仿真模型,计算谐波条件下主变压器的铜耗及变压器铁芯损耗功率,推导铁芯硅钢片的涡流损耗公式并分析硅钢片的涡流特性。所得结果表明:谐波的存在使交流传动机车主变压器的铜耗和铁芯损耗增大,且谐波电流产生的损耗比等量工频电流产生的损耗大。分析结果可为变压器的设计优化提供参考。In heavy using of the high-power electronic power elements, the main transformer of the AC drive locomotive runs in the harmonics environment. The simulated main transformer model is established with Soft- ware ANSOFT as the platform. Copper losses and steel core losses in harmonics conditions are calculated. The formula of eddy losses of steel core stalloy is deduced by the calculous theory. And the eddy characteristics are analyzed. The results show that the copper losses and steel core losses are increased due to the existence of harmonics, and harmonic current losses are larger than losses of equivalent power currents. The analysis provides valuable reference to transformer design optimization.
