摘  要:研究了电控摩托车发动机的充气量计算模型,基于速度密度法进行了充气量的计算。建立了计算逻辑模型,导出了缸体体积、排气背压、回流废气压力等计算公式,得出了发动机实际充气量。标定了排气背压、进气压力修正系数的脉谱,实现了对空燃比的精确控制。经试验验证,使用电控技术的摩托车整车性能优于化油器车,达到了国Ⅲ排放的要求。The main load model of electronic-controlled motorcycle engine was researched and the calculation of charging was carried out based on the speed-density method. The logical model of calculation was built, the formula of cylinder volume, exhaust backpressure and refluxing exhaust pressure were deduced, and finally the actual charging of engine was acquired. The MAPs of exhaust backpressure and intake pressure correction coefficient were calibrated and hence the air-fuel ratio could be exactly controlled. By the experiment, the performance of EFI FY157 motorcycle was proved to be better than that of original carburetor motorcycle and the emission of EFI motorcycle could meet the requirement of national Ⅲ.
