摘 要:对废旧刨花、废旧纤维、新鲜刨花三者的水泥水化特性进行了试验和分析。结果表明,预处理可明显改善木质材料与水泥亲和性,从阻凝系数和水化时间看,其作用效果依次为1%NaOH、热水、冷水;材料特性对水泥水化特性有影响,从阻凝系数和水化时间看,新鲜刨花对水泥-木质材料混合物的阻凝系数最小,到达最高水化温度时间最短,其次是废旧纤维,废旧刨花最后;经过预处理的木质材料,其水泥水化适合系数都大于68%,都适合半干法生产水泥复合板。Cement hydration characteristics of wasted particles, waste fibers and fresh particles were studied. The results showed that the pretreatment could largely improve the compatibility of wood materials and cement, with the order of effectiveness of 1% NaOH〉hot water〉cold water, judged by the resistance coefficients and the hydration time; cement hydration was effected by material properties, and from the resistance coefficient and the hydration time, the fresh particle exhibited smallest resistance coefficient, and shortest time to reach the maximum hydration temperature time , waste fiber ranked the second , followed by waste particle board; the cement hydration coefficients of the materials treated by three different methods were over 68%, suitable for the production of semi-dry cement composite boards.
