摘  要:本文应用弹性流体动力润滑理论,分析了J.Holland 提出的内燃机凸轮挺柱副非稳态弹流润滑膜厚变化率的计算方法,讨论并指出了该方法所作的两点假设及其膜厚变化率计算公式推导中存在的问题。文中作者重新推导了膜厚变化率计算公式,并从非稳态弹流润滑的完全数值解出发,分析探讨了Holland 计算方法的正确性,得到如下结论:虽然Holland 的两点假设有缺陷,但由于它们彼此相互修正,仍具有一定的精度,故作为一种工程简化估算,仍不失为一种较实用的方法。The Holland calculation method of the change rate equation of theunsteady elastohydrodynamic lubrication(EHL)film th(?)ckness of cam-tappetpair in I.C.engine is analyzed by means of EHL theory,and someproblems in Holland's assumptions and derivations are discussed and pointedout.The authors propose a modified change rate equation of the unsteadyEHL film thickness of cam-tappet pair,calculate the unsteady EHL filmthickness of a profile cam-tappet pair versus the cam turning angle,andproceed from a full numerical solution of the unsteady EHL to analyze thevalidity of the Holland calculation method.The conclusion is obtained asfollows:although the assumptions in Holland calculation method have somedefects,owing to the errors which have been made up each other,theaccuracy of the calculated results could reach to a certain level.Therefore,this calculation method is also able to be a practical method as a simpleengineering estimation.
