大豆粉提取物对桑蚕摄食性的影响

摘　　要：大豆粉醚溶性成分及乙醇提取物中均含有抑制桑蚕摄食的忌避因子，醚溶性成分中还存在对蚕有毒的物质．脱脂大豆粉中的忌避因子，在不同浓度乙醇中的溶解性不同．用９０％～９５％的热乙醇进行洗脱处理，可除去大部分摄食忌避物质，改善人工饲料育蚕的摄食性及其生长发育．The extractive components extracted from soybean meal by ether or by ethanol all contained repellent factor which inhibited silkworm from eating.In addtion,there were some substances poisonous to silkworm in the ether soluble component of soybean meal. The solubility of repellent factor in de fatted soybean meal varied with the concentration of ethanol. The most of the repellent substances can be eluted out of de fatted soybean meal by 90%-95% of hot ethanol, the feeding and growth and development of silkworm can be improved also.
