浅谈高校实验教学中心建设的难点与重点

摘　　要：本文结合我校的实践对校、院两级实验中心建设的难点和重点进行分析,指出思想观念的更新是难点,体制、机制的创新和提高实验教学队伍综合素质是重点,而建立和健全校、院二级管理体制和将中心建成实验教学实体是建设的重中之重。The construction of experimental teaching center is the goal of the construction of the laboratory of higher education and the reform of experimental teaching. This article presents an analysis of the difficult and key points of the construction of experimental teaching center at university level and school level on the basis of the practices of our university. The difficult point is the renewal of thoughts and conception, and the key points are the innovation of the system and mechanism and the improvement of the overall qualities of experimental teaching staff. The most important thing is the establishment and improvement of the management system at university level and school level and the construction of the experimental teaching entity from the experimental teaching center.
