摘　　要：目的探讨螺旋CT对胃癌的诊断价值。方法15例患者进行MSCT检查,将原始数据重建后传至工作站(Vitrea2,Version3.4,Toshiba),应用多平面成像(MPR)、曲面重建(CPR)及容积重建(VR)等后处理技术,并与手术及纤维胃镜(FG)结果比较。结果16层螺旋CTCTVG诊断符合率为83.3%。结论螺旋CT仿真内窥镜对胃癌诊断具有重要的临床价值。Objective To evaluate the Diagnostic value of 16 slices helical CT for gastric carcinoma . Methods＇ 15 patients underwent 16-MSCT scanning, the volume data of all patients were reconstructed to work station（Vitrea2,Version3.4,Toshiba）, with 3 D reconstruction techniques including MPR CPR VRL-then compared with the gastroscopic and operation outcome. Results The lesion accuracyrate with 16sliceshelical CT CTVG were 83.3%. Conclusion Multi-slice Spiral CT virtual gastroscopy plays an important role in the diagnosis of Gaslriccarcinoma.
