摘　　要：介绍了BGA芯片的手工焊接方法与焊接技巧，讨论了焊接过程中影响焊接质量的有关因素，并分析了焊接中的不当操作可能带来的危害．This article introduces the manual welding method and skill about BGA integrated circuit, discusses factors concerned which affect welding quality in the process of welding, as well as matters needing attention, and analyses possible danger caused by improper operation in the welding process.
