摘　　要：生物技术课群中的四大主要工程（基因工程、细胞工程、发酵工程、酶工程）是生物技术的支柱．通过对生物技术课群中主要课程和实验的建设，以达到对四大主要工程进行合理的优化整合．使之能更好的避免课程与课程之问的重复性；更好的使学生对四大主要工程从整体上有充分的理解和认识．Four main engineering courses, as gene engineering, cell engineering, fermentation engineering and enzyme engineering, are backbone ones in biotechnology curricula group. Through incorporating the main courses and their experiments and, it put forward to constructing the suite of bioteehnology courses and experiments, and avoiding the mutual repetition, so as to be comprehension and mastery on the whole.
