摘　　要：通过文献资料,问卷调查法和访谈法对南京市武术健身者的健身场所的现状进行调查研究,力图找出武术健身运动发展的症结,从武术内在的动力和健身形式上发掘出推动武术健身运动发展的积极方法.Adopting the methods of documentation, questionnaire, interview, the paper investigates the present situations of wushu practisers and the places for keeping fit. And the paper tries to find out the main problems that influence the development of wushu, some positive methods are put forward from the aspects of the inner forces and forms of wushu.
