摘 要:对壳聚糖整理液浓度和烘焙时间等进行了单因素分析,讨论了不同浓度壳聚糖整理液和焙烘时间对织物整理效果的影响。确定了抗皱整理的最佳工艺为:壳聚糖溶液质量分数0.5%、烘焙温度180℃、焙烘时间120 s。当壳聚糖溶液质量分数为0.5%时,织物的抗皱性能最好,其折皱回复角(经+纬)达到201°,较原样提高了71.8%;焙烘时间为120s时,织物的折皱回复角达到215°,较原样提高了83.8%。It analyzed the factors such as concentration of chitosan solution, curing time and so on, discussed the influence of different concentrations of chitosan solution and diverse baking time on the finishing effect, then the optimum condition was defined for the anti-crease finish. It was determined that the optimum conditions for cotton fabric finish were as follows: chitosan solution for 0. 5%, baking temperature for 180 ℃, curing time for 120 s. When the concentration of chitosan solution was 0. 5%, anti-wrinkle properties of the fabric was the best and the wrinkle recovery angle (warp+ weft) reached 201 °, improved 71.8% comparing with original sample. And when baking time was 120 s, it improved 83. 8%.
