Analysis on water environmental capacity in intake areas of water transferring engineering from Wenyu River to Chaobai River in Shunyi New Town

摘  要:根据"引温济潮"工程受水区河段水文情势和水质现状,对不同的水体分别运用河流一维水质模型和湖库均匀混合模型,对受水区的水环境容量进行研究,以便为受水区的水质安全和生态安全提供科学的依据。研究结果表明:城北减河段CODCr和NH3-N的现状水体环境容量分别为680.36t/a和57.66t/a;潮白河段CODCr和NH3-N的现状水体环境容量分别为7240.80t/a和224.65t/a。对比现状与设计条件,工程受水区潮白河段化学需氧量严重超出河段的水环境容量,理论削减量达379.09t/a。因此,要使工程受水区水体功能恢复,必须采取有效措施削减污染负荷。Based on the information of water sources and water quality in intake areas of water transferring engineering from Wenyu River to Chaobai River in Shunyi New Town, the water environmental capacity was studied by using One-dimensional Water Quality Model and the reservoir uniformity mixed model. The results show that the environmental capacity of CODc, and NH3-N in section of Chengbei Bypass River are 680.36 t/a and 57.66 t/a and these in section of Chaobai River are 7240.80 t/a and 224.65 t/a respectively. The comparison shows that CODCr in current situation was 379.09 t/a more than that of the water environmental capacity in design conditions in section of Chaobai River theoretically. Therefore the reduction measures of pollutants should be taken in order to recover the function of water body in intake areas.
