摘 要:目的本实验旨在研究鼻咽癌组织高级糖基化终产物受体(Receptor for advanced glycation end products,RAGE)的表达与微血管发生的相关性,探讨RAGE表达与肿瘤转移的关系。方法106例确诊鼻咽癌患者的初次活检病理标本,10例正常鼻咽黏膜组织标本。免疫组化法检测组织中RAGE表达并进行微血管计数。结果①RAGE高表达于肿瘤细胞的细胞膜和细胞质,在鼻咽癌高分化组、中分化组、低分化组及未分化组中RAGE表达无显著差异;②RAGE表达及微血管计数在鼻咽癌淋巴结转移组高于无淋巴结转移组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.0041),并与微血管计数呈正相关关系(r=0.89)。结论RAGE可能通过促进肿瘤组织中微血管的生成参与鼻咽癌的侵袭和转移。Objective To investigate the association between the expression of the receptor of the re ceptor of advanced glycation end-products (RAGE) with angiogenesis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) Methods One hunderds and six specimens of NPC were evaluated for the expression of RAGE and for microvessel counts by immunohistochemistry. Ten normal specimens served as control. Results RAGE was highly expressed on the membrane and in the plasma in the tumor cells. No significant differentiated tumor tissues. There was a significant difference of the expression of RAGE and microvessel counts in those with lymphatic metastasis compared with those without ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The expression of RAGE correlated positively with mi crovessel counts(r =0. 89). Conclusion RAGE may contribute to the invasion and metastasis of NPC by promoting the formation of microvessels.
