小儿无痛胃镜检查的护理与观察

摘　　要：目的：使患者舒适、安全、无痛苦，内镜医生操作更准确、更快捷。方法：采用芬太尼、丙泊酚联合用药，吸氧、心电监护，以及配备急救药品、气管插管等抢救设备。结果：无痛胃镜检查后患者无检查过程的回忆，并无明显的不适，268例患者均顺利安全完成胃镜的检查或治疗。结论：无痛胃镜检查是一种舒适、安全、有效、无不良后遗症，特别适合于不合作、对胃镜检查有恐惧的儿童的上消化道检查或治疗。Objective to make the patients comfortable, safe and painless, and also to make the doctors＇endoscopy operation can be faster and more accurate. The method is to use drug combination of Fentanyl and Diisoprepylpbenol, and also use the emergency equipnaents of Oxygen therapy, Electrocardiographic monitoring, Prepared first - aid medicine, Trachea cannula, etc. The result is that after anodynia gastrointestinal endoscopy, the patients would lose the memory of endoscopy process, and would not experienced pain or discomfort, there are total 268 patients who pass the gastrointestinal endoscopy or treatment safety and smoothly. Therefore, we reach a conclusion that anodynia gastrointestinal endoscopy is comfortable, safe, effective and without harmful sequelacse, especially suitable for the upper gastrointestinal endoscopy or treatment for the uncooperative patients and frightened children.
