摘  要:目的:建立旋光度法测定葡萄糖含量测量不确定度的评定程序。方法:通过识别和分析不确定度来源,绘制因果关系图,构建数学模型;量化各不确定度分量,计算合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果:葡萄糖含量的扩展不确定度U=1.1%,k=2。结论:乘积因子2.0852引入的测量不确定度是本次评定的主要分量。Objective:To establish the procedure on evaluation of measurement uncertainty for determination of dextrose injection by optical rotation.Methods:Identifying and analysing the uncertainty sources,a cause and effect diagram was designed and math models were constructed.Each uncertainty component was evaluated and expressed.Combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated.Results:Expanded uncertainty for the percent content of dextrose is 1.1%,k=2.Conclusion:Measurement uncertainty of multiplication constant 2.0852 is the main uncertainty component at this evaluation.
