摘　　要：目的研究建立健全有利于检验检测工作科学发展的管理新机制,综合考核评价各部门工作质量和效率。方法采取定性与定量相结合、自评与互评相结合、日常检查与年终考评相结合的方式,依据量化指标对部门进行综合考核评价。结果得出部门自评和述职述廉测评,以及领导小组考评的权重得分。结论为进一步强化综合管理和精神文明建设,促进检验检测工作科学发展,提供了有效的方法和依据。Objective Establishing the comprehensive evaluation mechanism to evaluate the working quality and improving the new management mechanism which is good for the scientific development of testing control.Methods The evaluation combines qualitative and quantitative analysis,evaluation and self-evaluation,daily inspection and year-end evaluation,and comprehensively assesses all departments according to the quantitative index.Results Departmental self-evaluation,the evaluation of work and probity,and the weight score of the leading group were obtained.Conclusion This method further enhances the comprehensive management and the construction of spiritual civilization,and promotes the scientific development of testing control,as well as provides an effective method and basis.
